It is the style that works for you: your natural features, your coloring, your taste, your lifestyle, and the way you want to move through the world.
Guided Look helps clients cut through the constant stream of trends, rules, recommendations, and “must-haves” to develop a personal style that is intentional, flattering, and genuinely their own.
Style advice should be personal
There is no single right way to dress well.
A silhouette that looks incredible on one person could overwhelm you. A color labeled a universal “neutral” may do nothing for your coloring. A style you technically “should” wear may simply not feel like you.
That is why Guided Look looks at the whole person.
Our approach considers your shape and proportions, color season, natural features, personal style, lifestyle, preferences, and goals together, rather than treating any one styling system as a set of rules you have to follow.

Meet the Founder
Analytical by training, warm by nature.
Guided Look was founded by Nicolette Jolicoeur, a longtime fashion obsessive with an analytical but warm approach to understanding why certain clothes, colors, proportions, and details work differently from person to person.
After years of studying style, fashion, body proportion, color, and visual harmony for herself, she created Guided Look to offer the kind of styling she believes is missing: highly individualized guidance that helps clients ultimately dress like themselves.
Nicolette works as an attorney in the technology industry. Outside of fashion, she enjoys yoga, live music, museums, and spending time with loved ones (ideally outside).
